The Ordering Process
Request a Quote On-line, Email Us or call use toll free at 877-262-0237 for more information
Step 1: You complete the Request for Quote form, and send us your artwork. You may submit the Request for Quote form by return e-mail, fax, over the phone or by mail. The artwork needs to be sent by e-mail (mhull@crystalspringsok.net), or overnight mail (Fed Ex or Airborne) or US mail.
Step 2: Upon receipt of the artwork your proof is created.
Step 3: The proof is sent to you for your review for additions, changes, etc. if any.
Step 4: You give us your written/signed approval of the label.
Step 5: We submit to you the quote including the one time $100 artwork set-up fee, cost of product, and shipping price (if applicable).
Step 6: You provide us with written approval for the order to proceed with production.
Step 7: Payment terms are discussed, confirmed and payment received.
Step 8: The product is scheduled for production.
Step 9: We contact you that the order is ready for pick-up from our dock; or if shipping has been requested, we arrange for shipping.
